Our Christmas & New Year Opening Times are as followed:

If you require any information, quotations, adjustments or if you wish to renew a policy then please ensure you contact us during the opening hours of the dates and times specified above or in advance of the period when the limited hours commence.

Our normal office opening hours will remain in place until the 20th December 2024 and will again apply from the 2nd January 2025. 

We ask that if possible you try and contact us on or before the 20th December 2024 or after the 2nd January 2025 to avoid any delay in us helping with your enquiry or policy.

To report a motor claim

Please contact BDElite on: 01204 567 567 or email bdeliteclaims@bdelite.co.uk.

If you have legal cover through our Brokerage then please use the policy number from the Legal Expenses Document we provided to you when you took out your policy. If you do not have legal cover then please use NP00001510 as your reference when contacting BDElite (Please note as a non-policyholder, you may be charged for using the services of BDElite). Otherwise, please revert to your Policy Documents if you would like to report your motor claim directly with the insurer.

For any other insurance claims

If you need to report a claim that isn't related to property or motor, or if you have any other query then please refer to your policy wording.

For policy and quotation related queries

If you require a quotation, policy adjustment, want to speak about your renewal or any other non-claim related query then please contact us in the normal way by calling us on 01323 410433 or emailing info@johnwhippy.co.uk and we will look to respond to you as soon as possible. As mentioned above, if you are able to, please contact us before the 20th December 2024 to avoid any possible delays. We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible to allow us to respond before any deadline you may have.
