Claims Reporting

To report a new claim during normal business hours contact us first on (01323) 410433. If you are contacting us on Friday 7th August 2020 aftee 3pm then to report a claim, please read the following claims reporting procedures:

• For Property Damage Claims, contact Aspray Loss Assessors first on 0800 077 6705 (quoting John Whippy Insurance Brokers)
• For Non-Fault Motor Claims, contact John Whippy Assist (arranged through Winn Solicitors) on 0344 576 1520
• For any other claim, please refer to the claims section within your policy wording.

Our Office will reopen on Monday 10th August 2020 and will remain open for its normal business hours.
